You are also required to provide guidance in the development of participants skills in using one of the systems thinking tools.

In Assessment 2 you authored a research paper exploring the application of a systems thinking approach to your chosen social determinant of health. Based on your findings and recommendations the Department of Health has included systems thinking as part of the induction training for staff working in the public health area. You have been requested to design and present a workshop using the social determinant that you researched in Assessment 2 as a case study.
In this assessment you will design a workshop that:
provides an overview of the systems thinking approach including methods and tools;
explicates the efficacy of the approach to address health inequalities and to strengthen the health system; and
proposes how the approach can inform innovative policy initiatives to address health inequalities.
You are also required to provide guidance in the development of participants skills in using one of the systems thinking tools. You will be assessed on your skills in presentation and communication and utilisation of Adult Learning Principles and SMART Goals. This assessment has two parts to it: your plan for the workshop and the actual workshop contents.
Submit a link to your video and the scriipt of your presentation. Your scriipt should be maximum 1000-1200 words. References are not included in the word count and must be placed after your scriipt.
