Why do you think behavior and trait-based theory of leadership are still prevalent today?

expected to come to class having read course material and written an approximately 700-1000 word (3-4 (double-spaced) pages) reflection about the material. These reactions should reflect course discussion, be properly cited in APA format referencing the weekly readings, and show an attempt to grapple with the course material through their analysis. These reaction essays are essentially ways for us to talk to each other one on one about your intellectual development. I want to know what you think is important, confusing, wrong, or noteworthy in the readings and why (hence the citations), because it helps me understand the materials I’m using, the lectures I’m using, and where you’re at. I am looking for you to really dive into the readings, integrate the texts into your own thoughts, and provide your own analysis. There’s no rubric, no “wrong” analysis per se, but we’ll have a conversation about it via your feedback.
For this reaction essay I would like for you to focus on the following, although you are certainly not limited to these topics. Also, you are not required to answer all of these questions, this is meant to provide some guidance and highlight some of the main take aways from this module for you to ponder as you write this reaction essay:
Why do you think behavior and trait-based theory of leadership are still prevalent today? What is a critique of the different leadership theories in your organizational context? Do you think critical performativity or critical discourse might be ways to provide a counter-discourse to these dominant models? What does a critical performativity approach to organizational leadership look like? What do you think of the notion of critical performativity as a method? Discourse analysis? As Alvesson and Spicer suggest it is the occasions of leadership that could be the units of analysis, not an individual who is a leader. What do alternatives to leadership look like which necessarily lack the ascribed labels of leader and follower? Alvesson and Spicer/Karreman are further suggesting that there can be a study of leadership without leaders and that if we want to really get at the underlying social conditions and complexity of context in which leadership happens, leadership needs to be separated out as something that only resides in and emulates from a leader and examined in its own right. Do you think this could influence leadership science in the future?
*****There is one more text that I have in person, so I will take a picture of the two chapters when I get a chance. However, it is not needed to complete enough of the question. Please use some direct quotes as needed. Otherwise, any of the questions in the prompts can be used/answered.*****

The Inclusion of Nurses in the Systems Development Life Cycle

Discussion: The Inclusion of Nurses in the Systems Development Life Cycle
In the media introduction to this module, it was suggested that you as a nurse have an important role in the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). With a focus on patient care and outcomes, nurses may not always see themselves as contributors to the development of new systems. However, as you may have observed in your own experience, exclusion of nurse contributions when implementing systems can have dire consequences.
In this Discussion, you will consider the role you might play in systems development and the ramifications of not being an active participant in systems development.
To Prepare:
Review the steps of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as presented in the Resources.
Reflect on your own healthcare organization and consider any steps your healthcare organization goes through when purchasing and implementing a new health information technology system.
Consider what a nurse might contribute to decisions made at each stage of the SDLC when planning for new health information technology.
Post :
A description of what you believe to be the consequences of a healthcare organization not involving nurses in each stage of the SDLC when purchasing and implementing a new health information technology system.
Provide specific examples of potential issues at each stage of the SDLC and explain how the inclusion of nurses may help address these issues.
Then, explain whether you had any input in the selection and planning of new health information technology systems in your nursing practice or healthcare organization and explain potential impacts of being included or not in the decision-making process. Be specific and provide examples.
Use headings to clarify whci section you are addressing Learning Resources

Conduct research on centralized and decentralized organizations and come up with three tasks that you would need to move to a centralized structure. Consider methods for assigning costs to tasks and come up with the process (not the actual budget) that you would use to determine a budget.

It is now important to consider how to manage project obstacles and risks. Being able to continue the progression of a project is important in the face of unpredictable conditions in the internal and external environment of an organization. InstructionsWrite a one-page paper in which you:
Outline the process you would use to move to a centralized structure.Go back to the Week 3 assignment, Organizing HR Projects (Attached) , and consider the goal of the project.

All 6 Case Study assignments are formal APA papers as noted with the noted page minimums. In your case study you will summarize the case, talk about the company, what went right, wrong and some discussion. You next provide some analysis on how things could have gone, show some research support for why that may work. You are using your MBA skills to analyze a real situation and make some analysis on the why’s and how it could be better. This is for all 6 of the case study assignment. Some of the case studies have a YouTube video. The video is found in the section titled Lecture Audio Video, click on the section, the video is a live link.

Principles of Emergency Management and Emergency Operations Centers (EOC) Textbook After-Action Reviews and Reports, pg 174-175

Hello, I need to write an executive summary for the table-top exercise; it is similar to the group summary with I attached in attachments. below are more details about that:
Discussion Board:
The Discussion Board work this week is individual work. For the Liberty County Board of Commissioners, please write your own executive summary of the lessons learned from your exercise.
Write an executive summary of the findings from your exercise for the Liberty County Board of Commissioners (based on the AAR/IP your group is preparing but Individual work).
Notes from my teachers:
Please note that the Week 11 Discussion Board is meant to be an individual assignment, rather than the collective Executive Summary written for the group AAR/IP. This means that each student writes their own summary and key findings from the group exercise learnings. This summary should briefly describe what occurred. The Key Findings should be brief, bullet points on the high level, significant learnings that were identified (both strengths and areas for improvement) during the exercise. For the Discussion Board assignment, reflect upon the exercise your group ran and, using your own words, develop a summary and key findings. The Executive Summary that goes in the AAR/IP may reflect group work.
It’s a high-level overview of how the participants did during the exercise. Essentially, we are taking the results of the EEGs and adding them into a few paragraphs explaining the findings of the exercise. This is for someone to read to see how the exercise went. Think about it much like the abstract of a scientific or research paper. State the assignment (mission), summarize the findings (successes, opportunities /areas with challenges for improvement, recommendations for improvement).
